About the Role:

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as a right hand (& extension) to our CEO. The Chief of Staff will be working directly with our Founder & CEO on a daily basis - while the new hire will face a steep learning curve at the onset of their tenure with Silk + Sonder, they will quickly gather the tools & business context necessary to exert meaningful impact across all areas of the business. The ideal Chief of Staff candidate will have proven experience at a senior level in a management consulting, business development, operations, or strategy role, and is looking to acquire first-hand experience on how a high-growth startup is run.

Further, as one of our first full-time hires, you will be instrumental in paving the way for company culture, which means being open and honest about your working style and needs.
