What's Your Sonder Story?
Born and raised in Los Angeles, I am an astrologer, blogger, aspiring social worker, caregiver and pastry chef. To say that I am busy is a massive understatement. I have never been the kind of person to settle into one interest or career. That being said, I have pursued several avenues that I’ve enjoyed, but my most recent venture in launching my astrotherapy business has brought me the most joy. My every day work consists of caregiving for a woman who had a traumatic brain injury and babysitting for several wonderful families. While working full time and starting a new business, I have also managed to complete my undergraduate education at Pennsylvania State University via their online campus. I have been very fortunate to be able to study remotely and complete my degree while working full time!
Travel is also very important to me, which is why I take at least one major trip every year. So far, London is my favorite city! I can speak a decent amount of French and I hope to take up more languages in the future. I foster my creative side by reading tarot cards and decorating custom cakes. This year, I intend to expand upon my business as I embark on a brand new era in my life!
How Do You Use Your SILK + SONDER?
I use the weekly section of my SILK + SONDER to keep track of planetary aspects, moon phases and major astrological events so that I can keep my clients and followers up to date on transits. The expense tracker is also really important for me in managing my finances! But the reflections and intentions sections are my favorite, particularly because they force me to slow down and be in the moment. I look forward to the coming month’s planners so that I can reflect on the previous month and set goals for what’s next!
