Believe it or not, mental health TikTok accounts have become an excellent resource for many people who are looking to find answers and better understand how their minds work. While TikTok (or any social media platform) should never been seen as a replacement for in-person therapy, mental health TikTok has a lot to offer.

From therapists to people living (and thriving) with certain mental health conditions, here are the top mental health TikTok accounts to follow right now. 

1. Chloe Hayden
