If you're trying Silk + Sonder for the first time and you're unhappy with your experience within your first 30 days, we’ll refund you in accordance to our refund policy and the terms below. Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund under this 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

First-Time Journal Purchase: This guarantee applies only to a customer’s first journal purchase from Silk + Sonder, unless otherwise stated by Silk + Sonder in writing.

30-Day Window: Your refund request must be submitted in writing to hello@silkandsonder.com within 30 days of the delivery date of your initial journal order.

Return Request Required: You must contact Silk + Sonder before sending any item back. Refunds will not be issued for journals returned without prior authorization from our team.

Customer Responsible for Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Silk + Sonder does not provide return labels and does not reimburse shipping fees, handling costs, or any other costs associated with returning a journal.

Community Engagement: To be eligible for a refund, customers must display a clear record of attempts to consistently use the journal and accompanying app. To meet this requirement, customers must have completed 25% of their first month's journal (roughly 15 pages) attend at least one Sonder Social, and listen to at least 5 Daily Rituals. Proof of engagement must be shared with our team via email at hello@silkandsonder.com.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, and eligibility is confirmed, Silk + Sonder will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Additional delays may occur, depending on the timeliness of the customer's financial institution.

Exclusions:
This guarantee applies only to eligible first-time journal subscribers and does not apply to:

  • Returning customers, subscription renewals, or repeat journal purchases 
  • Digital products, downloadable products, or other non-journal offerings 
  • Items returned without prior approval 
  • Customers who have violated our Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity
