Level What it feels like Primary need What opens up next How S+S helps
Level 1: Disconnected From Your Power You've gotten so used to responding to what everyone needs from you that it's hard to hear yourself. Reconnection + Awareness Noticing and listening to your own wants, needs, and preferences again. Guided reflection to help you turn down the outside noise and reconnect with what you actually think, feel, need, and want.
Level 2: Giving Your Power Away You often know what you want or what isn't working, but guilt, fear, expectations, or other people's reactions keep influencing your choices. Permission + Boundaries Making choices based on what's best for you instead of just keeping everyone else comfortable. Daily journaling builds the pause between what you feel and how you respond. Clarity helps you identify the patterns that make you override yourself.
Level 3: Practicing Your Power You're noticing your patterns and making choices that are good for you, but it can still be easy to fall back into second-guessing yourself. Practice + Self-Trust Less internal debate. More decisive action. The Monthly Reset turns insight into a daily practice. Sonder Coach helps you understand the beliefs, saboteurs, and thinking patterns that pull you back into old behavior.
Level 4: Standing in Your Power You generally know and honor yourself. The opportunity now is to start using your power to create more of what you want. Courage + Desire Asking for more, taking bigger risks, and making bolder choices. Monthly reflection keeps you anchored in what matters while Sonder Coach helps you identify where you're still playing smaller than you're capable of.
Level 5: Living in Your Power You know what matters to you and make choices that reflect it. You don't need perfect certainty or universal approval to move forward. Expansion + Evolution Using your agency not just to navigate your life, but to actively shape what's next. Silk + Sonder becomes the practice that keeps you connected to yourself as you grow, while Sonder Coach helps you see the patterns and possibilities that are hardest to see on your own.
What moves you through the levels

Silk + Sonder is how personal power becomes a practice.

Personal power isn't something you either have or don't have. It's built in the small moments when you notice what you think, name what you want, honor what you need, make a choice, and follow through. That's why knowing your level is only the beginning.

Disconnected From Your Power

You’ve spent so much time taking care of what everyone else needs that you may have stopped asking what you need. You’re capable, responsible, productive, and probably very good at showing up for the people and things that matter to you. That’s what makes this so easy to miss. From the outside, everything looks fine. You’re getting things done and keeping everything moving. But somewhere along the way, your own wants, needs, and instincts may have started taking a back seat.

The signs are recognizable
  • You have an easier time identifying what other people need than what you need.
  • When someone asks, "What do you want?" you genuinely aren't sure.
  • You default to what makes sense, what you're supposed to do, or what needs to get done.
  • You tolerate things for a long time before considering whether they could change.
  • You sometimes feel like you're living a life you're managing rather than one you're actively choosing.
What's actually happening

Giving away your power doesn't always look like someone else controlling you. Sometimes it looks like losing contact with your own voice. When you've spent enough time orienting around responsibility, expectations, urgency, or other people's needs, those signals can become much louder than your own preferences. Eventually, you stop consciously choosing because the default feels automatic. The first step isn't making some huge life change. It's hearing yourself again.

Your journaling prompt

What’s something you’ve been wanting, needing, or thinking about that you keep on putting off? Why?

Your primary need right now

Reconnection + Awareness. Before you can advocate for what you want, you have to know what you want. That begins with small questions: What am I feeling? What do I need? Your power starts returning the moment your own voice becomes part of the conversation again.

Challenge fit: Extremely High

The 7-Day Reclaim Your Power Challenge starts exactly here. You'll identify the places where you've been overriding yourself, separate your own voice from the expectations around you, and begin making small choices that put you back into the equation. You don't need to blow up your life. You need to start participating in it again.

What to expect: More awareness of what you actually want, more choice, less feeling like life is simply happening around you, the beginning of feeling like you're back in the driver's seat.

I’ve been here, too. It’s easy to get so good at taking care of everything that you stop checking in with yourself.

That doesn’t mean you’ve lost yourself. It just means you may need to start making a little more room for yourself again. The good news is that noticing it is already a step forward. Use this as a starting point to get curious about what you want, what you need, and what you’re ready to change.

Giving Your Power Away

You probably know what you want more often than you give yourself credit for. You know when something feels wrong and you know when you don’t want to say yes. But you don’t always act on what you know. Maybe you feel guilty, maybe you’re worried about disappointing someone, or maybe keeping the peace feels easier than choosing what’s right for you.

The signs are recognizable
  • You say yes and regret it later.
  • You know what you want, then immediately start explaining why you probably shouldn't want it.
  • You replay decisions after you've made them and wonder whether you chose wrong.
  • Someone else's disappointment can make you question a choice that felt right five minutes earlier.
  • You sometimes feel resentful because you're doing things you technically agreed to.
What's actually happening

You’re not powerless. You’re just not always acting on what you know. You say yes when you want to say no. You stay quiet when you have something to say. You choose what keeps the peace instead of what feels right for you. Those choices may seem small, but over time, they can leave you feeling disconnected from your own life.

Your journaling prompt

What do you want that you’ve been talking yourself out of?

Your primary need right now

Permission + Boundaries. You don’t need anyone else’s permission to have a preference, say no, or make a decision that someone else might not like. You’re allowed to choose what feels right for you, even when you can’t predict how everyone else will react. The goal is to stop leaving yourself out of your own decisions.

Challenge fit: Extremely High

The 7-Day Reclaim Your Power Challenge will help you identify exactly where you're giving your power away and what tends to trigger it. You'll look at whose voice you're listening to, where you're prioritizing approval over your own truth, and one real place where you're ready to act differently.

What to expect: less second-guessing, less resentment, more confidence saying what you mean and making choices you actually want to make.

Meha's photo
A note from our founder

I’ve had plenty of moments when I knew what I wanted, but still chose what was easier for everyone else.

It took me a while to realize that listening to yourself isn’t selfish, it’s part of building a life that actually feels like yours. That’s exactly why I created this challenge: to help you get back in touch with what you want, make decisions that feel right for you, and start following through on the things that matter. You don’t need to change your whole life. You just need to start listening to yourself again.

Practicing Your Power

You’re getting better at choosing yourself, but you’re not fully there yet. You catch yourself saying yes when you mean no, notice when you’re doing something just because you think you should, and sometimes stop yourself before falling back into an old pattern. But you still second-guess yourself.

The signs are recognizable
  • You catch yourself people-pleasing or over-explaining, sometimes after you've already done it.
  • You're getting better at saying no, but still feel guilty afterward.
  • You know what you want, but can get stuck figuring out whether it's the "right" choice.
  • You've made meaningful changes, yet still question yourself when things get uncomfortable.
  • You're tired of understanding your patterns intellectually without always changing them in the moment.
What's actually happening

You already know yourself better than you used to. The next step is trusting yourself enough to act on what you know. That takes practice. Every time you say no when you mean no, make the choice you actually want, or stop yourself from doing something just to keep someone else happy, you prove to yourself that you can trust your own judgment.

Your journaling prompt

Where do you trust yourself more than you did a year ago? What helped you get there?

Your primary need right now

Practice + Self-Trust. You don't need another breakthrough. You need repetition. Notice. Choose. Act. Reflect. Repeat. The more often your actions match what you know to be true for you, the less energy you spend debating yourself.

Challenge fit: Very High

The 7-Day Reclaim Your Power Challenge will help you close the gap between awareness and action. You'll identify the beliefs and fears that make you second-guess yourself, and choose one real situation where you're ready to behave differently. Sonder Coach can take this even deeper.

What to expect: less internal debate, faster decisions, more follow-through.

Meha's photo
A note from our founder

I’ve had plenty of moments when I knew what I wanted, but still second-guessed myself.

I learned that trusting yourself doesn’t happen all at once. It happens every time you make a choice that feels right for you and follow through. That’s what this challenge is about: helping you practice listening to yourself, making the decision, and actually acting on it.

Standing in Your Power

You know yourself, you can set boundaries, and you generally trust your own decisions. You’ve learned how to protect your time, energy, and priorities. Now the question is: what are you going to do with that confidence? Personal power isn’t just about saying no or protecting what matters to you. It’s also about going after what you want, even when it feels uncomfortable or uncertain. That’s the next step.

The signs are recognizable
  • You're comfortable saying no, but asking for more can still feel vulnerable.
  • You trust yourself with everyday decisions but may hesitate around the really big ones.
  • You've built a life that works and sometimes wonder whether you're asking enough from it.
  • You can identify what isn't right for you faster than you can name your biggest desire.
  • There are things you want that you haven't fully admitted, pursued, asked for, or acted on yet.
What's actually happening

Power isn't just the ability to reject what you don't want. It's the capacity to pursue what you do want. At this level, the question shifts from what do I need to stop tolerating, to what am I willing to create. That can require an entirely different kind of courage.

Your journaling prompt

If you stopped waiting until you felt completely ready, what would you go after?

Your primary need right now

Courage + Desire. Let yourself want more before you know how you're going to get it. Your next level of power may not require a better boundary. It may require a bigger ask.

Challenge fit: High + Strong Sonder Coach Fit

For you, the challenge isn't about discovering you've been giving your power away. It's about finding the places where you still do. Sonder Coach can help you go deeper into the patterns behind those edges.

What to expect: more boldness, more honesty about what you want, a willingness to make the ask.

Meha's photo
A note from our founder

I’ve learned that knowing yourself is only part of the equation. At some point, you have to take that confidence and use it to go after the things you actually want.

If there’s something you’ve been putting off because it feels too big, too uncertain, or too far outside your comfort zone, start there. You don’t need to have the whole plan figured out. You just need to be willing to take the first step.

Living in Your Power

You've built something many people spend years trying to find: a strong relationship with yourself. You don't just understand yourself. You live accordingly. Your work now isn't reclaiming a voice you've lost. It's continuing to expand what you believe is possible when you actually use it.

The signs are recognizable
  • You know what you want and are willing to make choices around it.
  • You can receive other people's opinions without automatically adopting them.
  • You set boundaries without needing to turn the other person into the villain.
  • You make difficult decisions and move forward rather than endlessly reopening them.
  • You see yourself as an active participant in creating your life.
What's actually happening

At this level, personal power becomes less about correction and more about creation. That doesn't mean you never doubt yourself. It means uncertainty doesn't automatically take you out of the driver's seat. The question now becomes: what are you going to do with that?

Your journaling prompt

What do you want to make more room for in your life?

Your primary need right now

Expansion + Evolution. There will always be another edge. The goal isn't to become fearless. It's to keep expanding your capacity to choose and act even when the next level asks something new of you.

Challenge fit: High + Strong Sonder Coach Fit

Yes, the challenge is still for you. But your version of "reclaiming" isn't about learning how to say no. It's about discovering where an already powerful person is still unconsciously playing small. Use your journal to keep that relationship active, and Sonder Coach to identify the patterns hardest to see from inside your own life.

What to expect: expansion, a bigger sense of possibility, greater honesty about what you want next.

Meha's photo
A note from our founder

I’ve learned that trusting yourself changes more than the decisions you make. It changes what you believe you’re capable of.

When you know yourself, listen to yourself, and trust yourself to figure things out along the way, you stop waiting for someone else to tell you what’s possible. That’s a powerful place to be and I hope you keep pushing yourself to see just how far it can take you.
