At Silk + Sonder, we carefully plan and produce our journals and products in advance to ensure every member receives their items on time each month. As a small, woman-owned business, we create inventory in limited batches based on expected demand. Because of this, all Silk + Sonder products are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What is Silk and Sonder's shipping policy? When can I expect my order?

At Silk + Sonder, we aim to ship orders quickly so you have your tools for reflection and planning when you need them.

Physical products (journals, planners, and other items):

- Orders typically ship within 1 business day after processing.

- Recurring journal and sticker subscriptions ship around the 10th of each month, giving members time to receive their journal before the new month begins.

- Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Digital memberships:

- If you purchase a digital membership or product, you'll receive immediate access to the digital download as soon as you enroll.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, the Silk and Sonder analog print journal is only available within the United States.

However, our digital journals are available globally. These include the same monthly themes, guided prompts, and personal growth content as our physical journal, plus access to the Silk + Sonder app and digital tools so you can journal with us from anywhere in the world.
